FB FILTERS FOR SENIORS - WEB EXTENTION
A Facebook extension, created especially for the senior population
This extension enables users to use unique filters while searching and surfing on facebook.
When clicking the filters icon, the user opens a drop down menu, which has 18 options to select a more specific search.
That way, the search becomes much more effective and accurate, filtering confusing and unnecessary information.

THE CHALLANGE
Most of the senior population is struggling to keep up with the enormous changes in the Tech world.
Among those, the social networks are a hurdle causing a lot of confusion in social codesw.
THE RESEARCH
Research method: Interviews with about 9 seniors, ages 56-85.
They were asked open questions, so they were able to freely express their fears, needs and personal worldview.
The interviews revealed a surprisingly high will to adjust to the complexed reality of everyday life, in which internet understanding and capabilities are a must.
